– Steve Ridder – Embry-Riddle, Head Men’s Basketball Coach
Our Strength and Conditioning program will be an integral part of Lightning Baseball starting this Spring, with us dedicating 20-30 mins each practice to speed, agility, and core work for our young athletes. This program will be key to their baseball development, injury prevention, and overall athletic growth for other sports. An underlying big picture goal is for this program to instill an importance of health and build towards a lifelong love of fitness.
We couldn’t be more excited for Justin to begin working with us!!
